Cultivate is located on the ground floor of Westpac’s Sydney headquarters at 275 Kent Street (next to Sussex Lane). It is open to the public every day except Wednesday to purchase fresh produce and take part in various events. 2 Mini Bench Planters and 6 Urban Gardens were specified, with produce used at Cultivate events, and by various culinary partners of the space from the Sydney CBD.

Lotus Dining is the creation of Sydney culinary innovator Michael Jiang. Michael dreamed of owning restaurants that conjured childhood food memories born of his Chinese heritage. The marriage of cooking excellence and creativity led to Lotus Dumpling Bar, one of the best Chinese restaurants in Sydney. 3 Glowpear Café Planters were specified for a "mixology kitchen garden" at Lotus Barangaroo, consisting of chillis, shiso, lemongrass and Vietnamese mint to provide garnishes for exotic cocktails.

Elske means love in Danish, a nod to both Chef David Posey’s Danish mother, and the fact that he got engaged to Elske co-owner Anna in Copenhagen. 4 Glowpear Minis were built into a wooden interior section of Elske providing pick-as-you-go leafy greens and herbs akin to staples from your Scandinavian friend’s weekend home, yet done fresh in the middle of Chicago!

Wayside Chapel Bondi

The Wayside Chapel Bondi has a kitchen garden is in full view of a kitchen and café which are used to provide meals to Wayside community members. 6 x Urban Gardens and 4 x Mini Rails help assist in cultivating organic produce and flowers to be used at both Wayside Chapel cafés, cuttings the ‘adopt a plant’ outreach for visitors, as well as featuring in local restaurants like Billy Kwong in Potts Point.
